Proximity Systems

This project is unique in the sense that it utilizes PC's and custom hardware to create a access control system for hospital medicine cabinets. The project has three main components: Software running on a PC, custom hardware that communicates with the PC via USB, and a custom keypad. When a user accesses a computer terminal he/she can enter a password which is authenticated against a central server. If the user has access to the lock then the PC tells the PIC on the custom hardware piece to open the lock.

COPE is a web application designed to associate National Guardsmen to qualified psychiatric providers in order to provide assistance dealing with traumatic events experienced while deployed overseas.
